When you start a chat, we receive the name, email address, package interest and message you enter. Later messages stay in that conversation. A browser session lets you return to it. We use a shortened, salted hash of your IP address to limit spam. Foldline’s admins can read and answer enquiries. Supabase stores and delivers the chat.

The chat system has no automatic deletion date. Email us to request access, correction or deletion. We will review the request and any records needed for a project or legal obligation.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API are off by default. If configured, they run only after you choose “Turn on” in the footer’s “Cookie choices.” They can record page views, visits to pricing or the ad page, a first sent chat message and deposit-button clicks. Events can include the page URL, campaign parameters, browser and IP information, plus Meta browser identifiers. A Lead event may include a SHA-256 hash of an email address you entered. A shared event ID helps avoid double counting.

Leaving measurement off does not affect the site or chat. Your choice is saved in browser storage until you change or clear it; its cookie lasts up to 180 days. You can turn measurement off in “Cookie choices” at any time. That stops new Meta events from this site.

If you follow a deposit button, Stripe handles payment processing. Stripe’s privacy notice applies to information you give it. Foldline may keep records needed to manage a project and its payments.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. Email hello@foldline.space; we may need to verify a request before acting. For package conditions, see Terms.
